Rachael Rydbeck is a Le Cordon Bleu trained culinary instructor with over 20 years experience and is passionate about teaching cooking to all skill levels and ages. She's lived and taught all over the US as well as parts of South America. Rachael currently offers private cooking classes and team building events through her business Cooking with Rachael. 

My passion is demystifying cooking and empowering chefs young and old to jump into the kitchen and start creating.

Over the last many years I’ve has accumulated a repertoire of recipes and techniques. Should you be just starting out on your cooking journey, looking to make healthier meals or just want to have fun in the kitchen, I would love to cook with you.

My work history is literally all over the map, from kitchens in the midwest (Cafe Levain and Turtle Bread Company, Cook's of Crocus Hill and General Mills), to Boston’s America's Test Kitchen, kid’s cooking instructor in Seattle, Washington (Romp) to Chile, Santiago, São Paulo, Brazil and now St. Petersburg, Florida.
