10/19: Latin Inspired Make-Ahead Meals: Cook Once, Eat All Week
Skip the takeout and stock your fridge with fresh, homemade meals. In this hands-on group cooking class, we’ll gather in the kitchen, pour a glass of wine, sample bites along the way, and enjoy the fun of cooking together. By the end of the night, you’ll head home with generous portions of each recipe — enough to feed four people — ready to enjoy throughout the week.
On the menu:
Carnitas with Corn Tortillas + fresh Salsa Verde
Vegan Tortilla Soup with all the fixings
Black Bean Hummus with fresh vegetables
Chipotle Quinoa Salad
Oven Baked Mexican Potatoes
Bake-Ahead Breakfast Oatmeal Cake
This class is part meal prep, part dinner party — come hungry, bring your favorite beverage, and leave with a week’s worth of delicious, nourishing food (and maybe some new friends too).
INSTRUCTIONS
Cancellations: Full refund up to 7 days before class; within 7 days you may transfer to another date or gift your seat.
Minimums: Classes require 4+ students. If we don’t hit the minimum, you’ll receive a full refund or free transfer.
Allergies: Please note allergies at checkout; I’ll adapt when possible.
Containers: You will receive a full list of containers to bring for food storage.
