Make fresh pasta dough by hand and fill it with a luscious four-cheese blend before finishing the ravioli in a bright, velvety lemon-herb butter sauce.

🥗 Grilled Caesar Salad with Gluten-Free Croutons

House-made Caesar dressing drizzled on grilled romaine leaves, served with shaved Parmesan and garlicky gluten-free croutons.

🍰 Almond Ricotta Cake

A tender Italian cake made with almond flour and creamy ricotta for a moist crumb and delicate sweetness. Finished simply with powdered sugar for a rustic, elegant dessert.

Cancellations: Full refund up to 7 days before class; within 7 days you may transfer to another date or gift your seat.

Minimums: Classes require 4+ students. If we don’t hit the minimum, you’ll receive a full refund or free transfer.
