Vegan Italian Cooking Class (2 spots open)

Italian is one of my favorite foods. I had so much fun planning a Vegan Italian class. Come join me and learn how to make egg less ravioli, lemoncello from scratch and homemade veggie broth. The class incorporates both hands-on and demonstration elements. I have gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options and will do my best to accommodate any food restrictions.

In this class we will discuss healthful vegan and vegetarian options as well as where to shop for these ingredients in Santiago. Whether you eat vegetarian food as a life choice or are looking for dishes that don't feature meat, you will love these recipes.
