Join me in the kitchen for my three-day Cooking Basics series. I’ve merged all my practical kitchen tips I learned at Le Cordon Blue with my 16+ years teaching cooking classes. Whether you are looking for some new recipes and great short cuts, or are new to cooking and hoping to gain cooking confidence, this class is for you.
In three relaxed, fun-filled classes, I’ll teach you how to cook simple, healthy, delicious food. You'll learn about basic cooking equipment, knife skills, and how to make a bevy of simple recipes. Learn how to sharpen and handle your own knife to prep time in your own kitchen a snap. Classes are mainly demonstration, however each class has one portion devoted to hands-on practice: Knife skills, Pizza making and Pasta making.
We will be sampling recipes throughout the night and enjoying some great Chilean wine. Learn my favorite places to shop in Santiago and get tips on meal planning so your time in the kitchen is stress-free and delicious.
