Together we'll prepare:

• Spinach & Tofu Steamed Potstickers

• Pork Potstickers

• Homemade Dipping Sauce

• Steamed Rice

• Vietnamese Caramelized Gingery Fish

• Thai Coconut Sticky Rice with Mango

Along the way, you'll learn how to fold and steam potstickers, create balanced dipping sauces, and master the rich sweet-and-savory caramel sauce that makes Vietnamese caramelized fish such a beloved classic. We'll also explore simple techniques for building authentic flavor while keeping everything gluten-free and dairy-free.

Whether you're looking to expand your weeknight dinner repertoire, recreate favorite restaurant dishes, or learn new cooking techniques, you'll leave with practical skills, delicious recipes, and the confidence to bring these flavors into your own kitchen.

Classes are held in my 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen, providing a safe and welcoming environment for guests with celiac disease, gluten sensitivities, or anyone choosing a gluten-free lifestyle. There is a vegan option for each dish as well.

After cooking, we'll gather around the table to enjoy the meal together and celebrate the joy of sharing great food.
