Discover how satisfying and flavorful plant-based cooking can be in this hands-on class featuring a complete vegan and gluten-free menu. You'll learn how to make fresh gluten-free pasta from scratch using techniques you can easily recreate at home. We'll create fresh, vibrant dishes that are perfect for entertaining, weeknight dinners, or anyone looking to add more plant-based meals to their repertoire.
Together we'll prepare:
Tofu & Avocado Poke on Puffed Rice Crackers (raw tuna option)
Lemony Hummus Pasta with Sautéed Broccoli
Vegan Tres Leches Cake
Along the way, you'll learn techniques for building flavor without dairy, creating creamy sauces from simple ingredients, and preparing dishes that feel both nourishing and indulgent. These recipes are approachable, colorful, and designed to prove that gluten-free and vegan cooking can be every bit as satisfying as traditional favorites.
Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, cooking for friends with dietary restrictions, or simply looking for fresh meal inspiration, you'll leave with new recipes, practical skills, and plenty of ideas for bringing more plant-based meals to your table.
After cooking, we'll gather together to enjoy the meal and connect over great food.

Class Time: 10am - 1pm
Classes are non refundable unless we are unable to hit the 4 student minimum.

Location: Ten minutes north of downtown St. Pete. Address and class details emailed one week prior to class.
Please note: All classes are held in my 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen, making this a comfortable and safe environment for those with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or anyone who prefers to avoid gluten. While the menu for this class is also vegan, I always strive to create a welcoming space where guests can cook, learn, and enjoy great food with confidence.
